The Qualité Tourism mark is awarded to Tourist Offices respecting the four essential criteria:

  • Responding to national commitments
  • A quality approach based on external inspections
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety rules
  • Customer complaints handling

These four objectives guide our work, and to this end the organisation is equipped with tools enabling the implementation of these objectives: customer surveys, the composition of a local quality work group, statistics, workbooks for incidents, instruction and procedure sheets, performance indicators and dedicated software.
