Deep in Libournais country, in the small town of Sablons, Anna Meynard of the Art des Mets workshop weaves her culinary magic! Passionate about everything to do with the world of cooking, she is continually learning new things and trying new ideas as she travels around the world and teaches. After receiving her diploma and gaining lots of experience in a professional environment, she now hopes to convey her conception of the art of cooking, her convictions and her know-how to a new generation of enthusiasts.
Cuisine based on the concept of "terroir" in particular, although with varied themes in the workshops, with a wide choice of directions. Always warm and friendly, just like the cuisine of the region.
